All of our Windows® XP based computers come with an emergency boot disk (EBD), that you can use if Windows® XP will not boot. Use of our special boot CD will allow you to access your files and folders independent of the Windows® XP operating system, provided that your hardware components are operable. This is a special feature that is exclusive for Win Net computers.
Our tech support line is available for any and all software or hardware issues that you may need assistance to resolve. We do not out source our tech support to foreign countries as many of the large national manufacturers and resellers must do to be profitable. If necessary we will use our RemotePC Access Helpdesk software to resolve any operating system issues you may be having on computers still under warranty.

To download the latest drivers for your Win Net computer please enter the serial number of your computer in the box below. The serial number can be found on the back panel of your computer.
