| At Win Net Computers we realize the financial strain that computer repair and computer network maintenance can place on a small business. So, we have adjusted our service rates to give you our valued customer the most cost effective pricing structure.
On-Site (In-Home/Business) Service Rates:
° $50.00 which includes trip fee and 1 hour of service. After 1 hour of service we bill at a flat rate of
$40.00 / hour. If the on-site service repair takes more than four hours we do not bill for the remaining
time on-site to resolve the issue, up to a total time on site of eight hours. On-site service that extends
more that eight hours will be billed at the standard rate of $40.00 / hour.
The average cost per service call is normally $70.00 (parts not included)
Consultation Fees:
Consultation fees may apply for larger jobs that require network design or extensive server upgrades.
After an initial free assessment of your computer and networking needs, we will provide you with a written
statement of the work we will perform for you and the accompanying costs involved. Any additional
consultation fees directly related to the design and implementation of your computer network or the upgrade
for your existing network will be billed at $30.00 / hour.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery in the Greater Spokane area on all computer products purchased from Win Net Computers. (This includes, Post Falls, Coeur d Alene and Hayden.)
Pick-up and Drop-Off Service
We also offer pick-up and drop-off service at your place of business or residence. This is a great option if you are not able to block out a time to be on-site with our service technician.
°$10.00 within Spokane city limits.
°$15.00 for areas outside of Spokane city limits but still within Spokane County.
°$20.00 for Idaho locations (Post Falls, Coeur d Alene and Hayden)
After-Hours Emergency Service Rates:
Our after-hours (6PM to 8AM), and weekend rates are billed at a flat rate of $50.00 / hour for on-site service
